Just go ahead and install it on the new computer. When you run it, it will
try to activate and find it has already been activated on the old computer.
It might go ahead an activate anyway, I don't have the EULA handy but I
believe it does allow for two activations, supposedly one desktop plus a
portable like a laptop but AFAIK there's no way it'll know it's actually two
laptops. If it doesn't, call the activation phone number and MS will
deactivate the first install and give you the key to activate it on the new.
