task boxe size

How is the size of the task box changed? expanded? I have lots of white
space on the printed page and the boxes are too small to read the type.

Hi KP77,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Click on the box to highlight it. Move the cursor to the center of an edge
or corner where the grab handles are until you get a two way arrow - click
and drag.

Mike,
No, didn't work for me....no grab handles appear or arrows. Anyway, I am
looking for global box size utility....not one box at a time .....know where
I can increase all boxes 10-20% and then reprint to see if text is legible?

In the desktop version, you should see the handles. I suppose you aren't
using the pro and server version? I don't know of a way to do this globally
as it is designed so that the user can re-size the box depending on font
size and the amount of text.

I have MSProj Pro SP2 and still don't see the handles....do I need to
reinstall?

If you're talking about the boxes in the Network Diagram, do a "Format,
Box Styles". I don't have Project here but if you play around in this
dialog box, which has a lot of options, some going several levels deep,
you'll find the place to change the size and contents of the different
types of boxes (Normal, Summary, Milestone, etc.).
