status indicators formula

Hello

I need some help on a formula that can show graphical indicators for the
below. I know how to set graphical indicators once a criteria is returned
and I also know that there is a 'Status Indicator' column that can be used to
provide about 60-70% of my requirements but am having trouble with setting up
a formulat that can enable me to identify tasks as per below:

NO INDICATOR - Tasks where the start date is greater than 3 weeks from
today, i.e. Future Tasks
RED - a) All tasks that have a Baseline finish or start that is different to
the scheduled finish or start or b) Tasks that are not started and the start
date is earlier than today.
YELLOW - a) Tasks that are started but the end date is coming up in 3 weeks,
or b) the expected % complete is less than the actual % complete for today.
TICKING CLOCK - Task start date is coming up within 3 weeks but is greater
than today's date.
GREEN - All other tasks.

This doesn't look too bad but it would take a little time to set up. If
nobody else jumps in I'll do it for you, but it might be a day or so
before I can get to it.

formulas but I have a question. What exactly do you define as, "expected
% complete"?
