Hi everyone I am using Project 2007 and have text I need to be seen within
the boxes in the network diagram view. I can find where I can change the
boxes to different shapes but not resize them to fit all text. Does anyone
know if this is possible?

Thank you

Hello Stephanie,

You can increase the number of lines in a particular field in the Network
diagram boxes, but I'm afraid 3 lines of text is the maximum.

Choose Format > Box Styles and select the Style (Critical, Noncritical,
Critical Milestone, etc). Click the More Templates button. Depending upon
what style and template you have selected, you may be able to Edit the
template. (If you choose the Standard Template, you'll need to Copy the
template to be able to edit) On the Data Template Definition dialog box,
select the cell containing the field you wish to change and change the "Limit
cell text to" option. You may also need to drop the font size below 10
point, but be prepared for some whining from those of us older than 40.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
