bug in ms project 2003 resources utilisation summary report?

I set up a recurring task for one hour per every day.
On the resources reports the resource which the task is assigned still has 7
hours per day utilisation, even it is the only task assigned to it.
Is there a bug in calculation, or am I missing somthing here?

Mine looks fine.

The Italic font is kind of funny looking so it sort of looks like a seven I
guess. Are you sure its not a 1

Yes, it is 7 (seven). I also tested by copying the task and assigning it to
same resource. After that the resources usage report shows total 14 hours per
day for the resource, and the figure is also in red indicating the over
usage.
Maybe tehre's sth in setup or else I'm not taking into account now.
I might put some screen shots also here, if it's possible.
