Is it possible have three resource columns all resources residing in the
same resource sheet/pool in the same table/Gantt view that display different
resource names? Creating the columns is not difficult however as you select
a resource it immediately changes in all three columns to the same name.

Task Contractor Supervisor Carpenter
Garage Building Bill Fred Jim

What I think I need is Resource1 Resource2 Resource3 much like Text1 Text2
Text3 etc.

Thoughts on a workaround of some type or a better conceptual way of
addressing this problem would be appreciated

Nope, sorry. You could use regular text fields but it would be a manual
entry and not actually read from or do the resource assignments.
