I realize I cannot change the font for the text in the Calendar view so now I
thought I woud attack the problem by marking the tasks as
marked/highlighted/critical/noncritical, but can't find how to do that either.

Hi Dina,

If you select the name column and right click, there is a function 'Text
styles'. Select this and look at the drop down box 'Item to change', this
identifies a number of task types where you can set the font type, style and
colour.

Hope this helps

Hi,

Marked: insert the column "Marked" in a tk sheet view, put to "Yes"
Highlighted: for filtered tasks, with the "Highlight filter" option on
To put it on, activate Calendar view, View menu, More views, edit, you see
the checkbox
Critical: is calculated by Project depending on the relationships. Cannot be
set
Hope this helps,
