Tuyen,
The only way to "hide" tasks in Project is to filter them out. One
simple way is to use a spare flag field and then filter on that field.

I assume you are using Project Server 2003. If so, in the future please
post your Project Server questions in the microsoft.public.project.server
newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Project desktop
application only. To answer your question, refer to the following FAQ which
gives you a process for archiving completed projects so that the projects
and tasks in them are hidden:

You will need to tweak the methodology presented in the FAQ to hide
cancelled projects as well. Hope this helps.
