I'm using Project Professional 2003. Is it possible to link the information
of two or more separate files. For example, Project 1 and Project 2. One
manager on each. I want to know if something changes in schedule on Project
1 and the manager allots time differently, can this automatically be updated
in Project 2?

thanks

Hi Nichole,

Yes, it is referred to a master projects. You may combine projects and
create cross project links (tasks in one project are set as the predecessor
to tasks in another project.)

See Help on master projects. If you have the same resources, you may wish
to look into resource pools as well.

If you are using Project Server, you may want to post specific questions on
the project server newsgroup.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie
