I cannot get all of my rows to wrap text when printing. the original document
when in MS Project 2000 wraps the text but when printing -or- making a .pdf,
the text will not wrap. any solutions, perhaps a 'patch' -or- is there
something wrong with the printer / acrobat setup???

The row heights are adjusted to properly display text description

Hi,

What do you see in print preview. If the same problem is there, it is most
likely a printer drive problem. Can you try print preview for a different
printer?

Task names are usually best kept short. You can add fuller descriptions to
task Notes. To print Task Notes:
Select File, Page Setup
Click the View tab
Select Notes option.

Project now prints an extra page with all notes.

Thanks Rod,

When using 'Print preview' on various printers, the problem continues to
exist; i.e. the text remains on 01 line when printed but is wrapped in the
original document. It also occurs in a similar fashion when I .pdf the
document.

Suggestions ??? Thanks
