I have data in the "Text1" field from the Gnatt Chart
(which is the Entry Table). I want to insert the "Text1"
field in the Resource Usage View and see the same data. I
understand why is sin't because it is the "Usage" table
not the "Entry" table. Is there any way to see the Text1
data from the Entry table in the Resource Usage view?

Jeff,
Yes, but to do so the data in the Task Text1 field will have to be
copied to the Assignment Text1 field. A simple macro can simplify this
process. Go to the MVP webpage at: http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs
and look at FAQ 37 - Custom Fields in Tables

Hello Jeff,

You can't bring a task field in a resource view such as the Resource Usage.
But you could bring it in the Task Usage view which presents data alike the
Resource Usage.
