I've seen the post from June 30th about hiding/unhiding
columns but I was wondering if there was an easier way to
do this. It seems you still have to know what your Field
Name was in the hidden column AND you have to re-type the
Title. I was expecting an easier way similar to what is
used in Excel. Any other tricks?

Hi Steve,

Sorry, not to the best of my knowledge. :-(
What you noted below (have to remember the field name etc
is true.) If you rename the custom field (Right click on
the field, choose customize fields and rename) Project
will remember the title used and the field will show up in
the insert field list under that title.

Hope this helps...a little.
Julie

Hi,

In Project as well, you can set column with to zero (to really "hide" the
column) and grab it again later.
