What's the best practice - I've got people doing few tasks in one time.
Usually there are tasts taking about 20 min, 1 hr real working time,
but that task are ready f.e. for next day. What's the best way to plan
this.

Filip,
It's not real clear exactly what you are trying to do but let me give
you some basics.

Be aware that there is a difference between a task's duration and the
work effort need to actually perform the task. In Project, duration is
the time span during which the task is performed. In your case maybe
that is one hour. Work on the other hand is the actual effort expended
by one or more resources to actually complete the task. In you case it
sounds like that is 20 minutes. Project allows different ways to set up
duration and work for a task. Tasks can be Fixed Duration, Fixed Units,
or Fixed Work. In your case it might make sense to set the task to Fixed
Duration - it kind of depends on whether you want the duration to be
determined by how many resources are assigned to it (e.g. more resources
gets the task done more quickly).

Rather than go into the details of how to set all this up, (and not
knowing exactly what you want), may I suggest you go to our MVP website
at: http://project.mvps.org/links.htm
and take a look at the link for fellow MVP, Mike Glen's series on
Project lessons and techniques. Then if you have further questions,
please post again.

It's like that. F.e. someonet prepare some documents one day. The next
day mornig other person take it to sign by someone, next day other
person is gonna file it in city. Always it is taking about 1 hr, but
always we have to wait till next day or longer.

Filip,
It isn't clear why you wait until the next day for each part of the
process but if that is how you work then here is what I suggest.

1. Go to Tools/Options/Schedule tab and set the Default Task Type to
"Fixed Duration"
2. Enter a duration of 1 day for each task
3. Link the tasks in sequence with a finish-to-start relationship
4. Display the Work field as a column in whatever view you are using
(e.g. Gantt Chart) and enter how ever many hours each task takes to
complete (i.e. 1 hr, 2, hrs, etc.)
5. Assign the resources to each task
6. Go read Mike's lessons

Hope this helps.
