Soap error: Loading of the WSDL file failed.

Hello.

I have this problem, in the viewfinder of events shows me these errors:

1. Soap mistake: One of the parameters supplied is invalid ..
2.Soap mistake: Loading of the WSDL file failed.
3.Soap mistake: XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason
is: Access denied.

I has been to read on the web and I was unable to find a definitive
solution.

I can not make the connection project professional, when I valid the account
in the project manager

I get this error: HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access denied due to
invalid credentials.

verify the address from the Internet Explorer and is valid, since the server
Porject server and is also valid but since the project manager fails, the
matter is that I was running around until April 30, 2008, and not that
happened .
