I have many custom views, how can I determine the screens that I have used
with each View easily. I have to go into each View and review the screens.
How can I easily change the screen for selected views, there doesn't seem to
be a drop down list of screen names when editing Views.

Hi Harry,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :-)

I think you must make your own record of what each view does. However, if
you go to each of your views in turn, selecting the Edit, button, you can
change its name to be much more decriptive, and select the show in menu box.
This latter selection will add your view to the the drop down list you
wanted.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :-))

Tools>Customize>Toolbars...
Select Commands tab, then click "View" in "Categories",then try to find
"View" dropdown list in "Commands" window, then drag and drop it to the
toolbar
