I am going to start my first project in MS Project 2002. My department
allows us to dedicate 140 hours (on average) per month to work on a project
at 100%. Some months we can have 160 hours or 180 hours to work on a project
monthly. For the most part, we get 140 hours monthly.

I'm confused on how to schedule my resources so they are not overallocated
the 140 hours per month.

Do I do this in my standard calendar or do I do this in my resource calendar
or do I do this somewhere else?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I don't think you can put a max capacity on a bunch of resources, sorry.
