when assigning multiple resources to a task (which, by the way, is
discouraged - generally tasks should be broken down to the level where, as
far as possible, only 1 resource works on the tasks - but that's a topic for
a different discussion) ... you enter them all in the same resource column,
not separate columns for each resource. Alternatively, you can double click
on the task and go to the resource tab and enter them each on a different
line - which might be easier.
however, having said that, i find the best way (for a number of reasons -
check out www.tinyurl.com/2xbhc for more details) to assign resources is to
use the Task Entry view (view / more views / task entry).
