Resource & Task Owner Notifications

Hi everyone.

Most of the times the resource assigned to a task is the task owner itself,
but when I change the owner to be someone else, the notifications after I
publish the project are sent only to this person.
I need the notifications to be sent to both the resource of the task and the
owner of the task (when they are different people).
How could I do that?
