Resource Contour

hello,

I have created Machinery as a resource. & for this machinery, after working
on it for 10hrs, we have to stop it for 2 hrs before it can be restarted for
use again.

Is there any way to set a shelf declare contour that do that?

Yes, you can create any user contour you want by directly editing the
Work in either the Resource or Task Usage views. However, in your case,
it might be easier to create separate tasks - one for each operational
period with a 2 hour down time lag between operational periods.
