I went through a 5 minute download for MS Project. Then
I received a message that said C:Document and Settings...
is not a valid W32 application.

Question: My business partner has the same computer as I
have... Compaq Presario with XP operating system. He
downloaded this trial with no problems. Why can't I?
And what is the meaning of this message about "not a
valid W32 application"?

Probably corrupted download. Use the copy downloaded by your friend.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
