Change the task to type "Fixed Duration". Since you also want to specify the
work hours, the easiest way to do this (IMHO):
Window/Split
In the bottom pane, change task type to Fixed Duration, enter 4 days. In
the resource area of the form, add your resource and specify work as 12 hours.
Click OK.
