Rod,
Thanks much for helping me again.
I'll try it. (I never thought of saving to XML; I don't know anything about
it.)
We tried on 3 computers.
IT gave me a new computer and I am still having problems. At least I can
copy cutom fields using the organizer and not crash.
We (in USA) have SP3 and I got the IT tech to install it.
I finally started over by exporting to XLS. Then Proiject had the audacity
to refuse to recognize column names it created.
I appreciate the help.
Have a great day.
