Hello,
If I:
Open project file (with tasks and resources)
Go to Resource Sheet View
Double-click a resource
Choose Working Time tab
Click on Details button

MS project (2003 SP1) crashes. Is this fixed with Service pack 2? I
couldn't see it in the list of fixes. Anyone else have this problem. It seems
to be repeatable on my PC and a colleagues with any existing or new project
file.

Hi Jason,

I've done a search on the Knowledge base (as I am sure you have as well) and
can't see anything about this. The Details button accesses the Outlook
address book, so I guess my first question is do you have Outlook installed?
If so, what version of Outlook?

I do get a prompt (from Outlook) warning that a program is trying to access
email addresses I have stored in Outlook and asking if I wish to allow. Is
it possible that there is something (virus protection?) installed that
prevents other programs from accessing your address book?

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie

Thanks for that. I do have outlook 2003 installed but I don't really use it
so I guess it's probably this. I'll look into this now.
