Outlook Express 6.0 sending to unselected recipient

when I use the bcc feature, my message goes out to hundreds of recipients in
my Address Book whom I did not select. These are hidden in the background
and there is no indication to me. But, my service provider blocks my
outgoing emails because it shows that I have sent over 1,000 emails. And,
I receive error messages back from people to whom I did not send the message.

Hi PTom,
This is a newsgroup for Microsoft Project, a project
management software.
My guess would be that your computer has a virus that is
attacking your email, so I would eliminate that first.
Then try posting to the microsoft.public.outlook newgroup.
