Is there a way to create a Filter to look at data in more than one column at
a time? There are several column that i have created a flag yes/no and want
to filter out some info because there are time when the info i am looking for
is both yes and no along the rows.

Hi,

I suppose you are talking about the Auto Filter?
As long as the conditions are logical "And" you just have to filter each
column in turn; you will only see those lines that have te condition
requested in all the columns.

When you have more complex conditions you have two solutions:

1. Set Off Auto Filter
Project Menu, Filtered for..., New, type a name, then type the conditions
with the And and Or combinations needed.
OK, Apply. The filter can be recalled at will through Project, Filtered For,
etc.

2. Set up a formula in a flag field with the And and Or combinations of the
different flag fields, and auto filter on this new flag field.

Hope this helps,
