Project 98 & Project Server 2002?
Is it possible for a Project 98 user to access projects stored with
Project Server 2002? If so, how?

Newbie: Automatic Scheduling by Priority and Resource Name
Hi all,
I'm just learning Microsoft Project Professional 2002, and like it so far.
I have all my tasks in, as well as a priority number, a resource name, and a
duration. Is there any way for MS Project to automatically organize the
Gantt Chart (or just the Start Time) by priority number and resource name?
It seems like this should be an easy thing to do, but I can't find out how.
Thanks for any and all help.

Exchange 2000 and Project 2003 installed on same server
I currently have a server that is running Exchange 2000 (from SBS 2000) and
I am
looking to install MS Project 2002 or 2003 server on it. I was
wondering if anyone has had any problems with installing MS Project
Server on the same server that Exchange 2000 is running on. The specs
of the server: Pentium IV, 2.4GHz with 1GB of RAM. ThanksAndrew Tag: Microsoft Project 98 shrink non-working time Tag: 57585
Ok, I'll try again.....
I am an expert user and I'm heavily involved in the local
and global MPUG groups. I get asked this question VERY
often by P3 and SureTrak users that have come over from
the dark side to MSP2K. (I offer free help to these
newcomers by phone and email as a public service to
promote the use of Microsoft Project, especially to those
struggling with the transition.)
Primavera and SureTrak both have a feature that allows one
to 'jump' from a task forwards or backwards to each of its
predecessors or successors in the order of their
succession. Is there a standard feature or an available
subroutine that when run will allow the user to 'jump' to
a task's predecessors/successors, in the order of their ID
#'s (MSP2K)?
Thanks........Tommy Lovelace Tag: Microsoft Project 98 shrink non-working time Tag: 57582

Any training recommendations
I am looking for recommendations on training for
administration and setup of enterprise variables for of MS
Project 2002 enterprise. If you have used a vendor in the
past, I would like a recommendation.
Thanks

task B = 30 % task A
Hi,
I would like to know how to do automatically this operation:
I have 2 tasks A and B.
A has a duration and B equal 30 % of task A everytime.
Can we do it in a special way that everytime that i will modify task A
duration, MP2000 willupdate automatically task B duration (without any
manual intervention) ?
thanks in advance,
