bazza_k,
Check the Project calendar (Tools/Change Working Time). Make sure Monday
through Friday are all at the default, which is "working". While you at
it, check the shift times and insure they add up to a total of 8 hours
per day. You should also check your resource calendars - On the Resource
Sheet select a resource name and then go to Tools/Change Working Time.
Also check Tools/Options/Calendar tab to see what is set for default
start and finish times and that the default hours in a day is set for
"8". Somewhere along the line, a calendar is not set for standard 8 hour
work days 5 days a week.
Hope this helps.
