Can someone guide me on how to display the resources first and last initials?
It looks like the default is first initial only and I need to display both
in the resource sheet view.
Thanks

Hello CB,

I don't believe there is an automated way of doing this. You'll need to
type both initials.

If you have too many resources to type the initials in the Resource Sheet,
then you need a macro to do it for you.

The default is just the first character of the resource name entry because
Project doesn't know anything about the meaning of the name. If it used the
first character of each word Jim Smith's initials would be "JS" but should
the Flat-Bed Truck's initials be "FT" or "FBT?" If you want more than the
first character, or something completely different, just type in whatever
you want. There's no reason the flat-bed truck can't use the initials
"J-38" and Jim have initials of "Top Dog" if that's what makes the most
sense to you and your team. LOL, you could even use the initials field to
give all your project team fighter-pilot call-signs if you want!
