Definition for working time

Dear all,
I'm the beginner in MS Project. I want to ask about definition for working
time of project that contains a lot of tasks with different working time
(e.g. Some tasks proceeded in day time only where some tasks proceeded both
day time and night time.)
I've checked information in MS Project Step-by-Step but haven't found, so I
hope I can have advices from the others.

What you should do is assign one working calendar for the project.
Then for each task that is different from the project's calendar, assign
it's own calendar in the task information.
