How can I create the same set of 14 custom fields for all the project files
I want to create and maintain. I know about Tools, Customize, Fields Menu,
but is there an easy and automatic way to establish the custom field names in
all my project files. Also I want to make sure that new custom fields I
create in the future are added to all my project files as well.

Thanks You.

Use the organizer (tools menu / organizer) to copy the fields from project
to project. You can also use the organizer to copy them to your global.mpt
file and they will be available for all your future project files.

Try to make a template for this kind of project with your custom fields even
value lists for these fields if you want
