Hi,

Scenario:

I have a task A which is 100%.
This task has resource Adam assigned to it. Adam is also assigned to few
other incomplete tasks as well.

When I change the standard rate for Adam, task A actual cost also changes
even though its already 100% complete..

Is there a way to keep previous cost when increasing a rate for a resource?

My understanding is that actuals do not change.

Thanks

Saviz,

You have to chnage the resource rate in its Resource information dialog, in
the Cost tab, with an Effective date....
Hope this helps,
