Hi
I wonder if anyone can help. i am doing a powerpoint presentation and i am
going to be including a lot of graphs. normaly i would include the graphs on
different slides, however i would like to include radio buttons that when
selected will include the information relating to that. For example i would
have two radio buttons for male and female. If i only have the one selected
i would therefore only see this group. Is this possible to do, and how many
options can there be. As i was thinking about age groups, different teams.
So the various options could be extensive.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Radio buttons (activex controls) require code behind them to make them
function. However you can draw your own and simulate what you want with the
custom animations. (Appear - On click.)

This isn't something that can be done out of the box but could probably be
accomplished with (a lot of) VBA/VB/other programming. Not for the faint of
heart or insubstantial of budget, I expect. ;-)

What about multiple charts as needed, with a linking system in PPT that takes
you to the appropriate slide containing the appropriate chart instead?
