I have Microsoft Office 2003 currently installed on my computer -- but it is
only a trial version. So.... I just purchased the "Upgrade" version of
PowerPoint 2003 on Ebay.

Is this PowerPoint 2003 Upgrade going to be sufficient to give me a fully
functioning PowerPoint 2003 program on my computer? (Keep in mind that the
existing PowerPoint program on my computer is a trial version).

Is this going to work?

No. You need a full version of PowerPoint somewhere -- there has to be a
program for the upgrade to upgrade.
