    - Powerpoint 2007 Crashes when viewing or trying to apply themes When ever I view themes in Powerpoint 2007, or try to apply an existing theme to an open presentation, powerpoint closes and gives me an error. I have run diagnostics, I have installed the latest updates, I had my client test it out as well and it also crashed for them. I am in vista, they are in XP. I have also completely uninstalled MS Office and reinstalled several times and it still happens. How are you supposed to use themes, if this happens? Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?     - Midi no longer plays I have two presentations with midi files inserted into slides. They worked fine a week ago, but now no loger play. Everything else works fine, wav files, wmv, mpg, etc. I tried removing and re-inserting to no avail. I don't have QuickTime installed. I installed some Windows updates this morning, then tried a Restore to attempt to fix the issue, also to no avail - System restored successfulyy, but midis still won't play. Any suggestions?     - Presenter view on a single screen V 2007, Windows Vista Home Premium Is there anyway to force Presenter View to run on a single screen? It is very nice when you need to read your speaker notes and time animations while watching the actual presentation run. It would be very nice to see that on screen as you do in Presenter View rather than having to print notes (killing trees again) and then going over them on paper.     - Removing Graphics for Print - is there a Print Master? I have a picture behind my text on the slide master. When I print, even if I select "Black and White only," it still prints this graphic, using huge amounts of toner and making the slides basically unreadable. In color, they're readable, but again that uses huge amounts of toner or ink and not everyone has a color printer. Is there any way to define something like a print Master that lets me specify to leave out the graphics behind the text for printing? Any other options?     - How to create a never ending slideshow...? Morning all, I have several slideshows that I want to run sequentially and in a never ending loop so that after the last slide in the final slideshow has run, the first slideshow starts again. I've googled for anything from linking presentations to bonding and nothing... all I came across was a page that told me to do a .LST file and use that with powerpoint viewer... but still nothing... oh, also, the slideshows use data that will be updated often, so they have to be easy to modify. any ideas?     - Text Autofit Not Working in 1 document I have a document where the text Autofit feature is not resizing the text in the main text boxes in PowerPoint 2003. I checked Tools | Autocorrect Options | Autoformat as You Type, and it is set to Autofit body and title Text. It does work properly for the Title boxes at the top of the pages, just not for all the other text boxes. If I create a new document, I don't have the problem. It seems to be confined to the text boxes in this particular document. I had edited it in PowerPoint 2007 on another computer, if that could have corrupted it in some way.     - Can't print in Color Hey all, This is driving me crazy. I have a PP 2003 presentation of 10 slides, all of which are in color. When I print a slide (or all slides) they always print in greyscale. I have selected my printer's properties and s set output to color, I have selected color in the Powerpoint's Print dialog as well. I can preview in color, print to a pdf in color, and if I copy the slides into a new file, they print in color. As soon as I save, close, and reopen the new file though, I can only print in Greyscale. I can print any other PPT file in color without problems.     - Inserting SWF to play FLV in Powerpoint Ok, so ive got a major problem. For the last few months my company has been using FLV files streamed through a SWF which is inserted into powerpoint with no problems. Now out of the blue everything is broken. I can open a new powerpoint and insert the activeX control just fine, preview it and it works. AS SOON as i save it and re open it i get a blank slide. In PowerPoint, when I go to the pull-down menu to add bullets or numbers to the presentation, the menu does not actually show any bullets, only the lines representing text. only a trial version. So.... I just purchased the "Upgrade" version of
PowerPoint 2003 on Ebay.

Is this PowerPoint 2003 Upgrade going to be sufficient to give me a fully
functioning PowerPoint 2003 program on my computer? (Keep in mind that the
existing PowerPoint program on my computer is a trial version).

Is this going to work?

No. You need a full version of PowerPoint somewhere -- there has to be a
program for the upgrade to upgrade.
