Howdy,

Auto recovery feature is turned on, but it fails to capture latest data
(within 5min). We tested this with XP SP2/SP3 and Vista SP1. Not having same
issue with Word or Excel 2007. In addition documents that we composed were in
pure PowerPoint 2007 and in compatibility mode. Either way when PPTX crashed
we can't recover document(s). When I go back to look if the Auto recovery
feature is enable, it is not - this is the puzzling piece. How can I ensure
that it stays on? Is there something that we do that causes to turn its self
off?
This defeats the purpose of having auto recovery if you can use it. Please
suggest a way to troubleshoot this issue. Office SP1, Vista SP1 and latest
and greatest are installed.

Wouldn't it be better to diagnose and correct the cause for the crashes?
