If you want to be semi-certain, you'd need to take the EULA (end user license
agreement) to a lawyer who's familiar with intellectual property law.
My layman's understanding of the EULA is that as long as you don't resell the
templates AS templates or do anything that'd embarass MS (no porn, no
questionable language, no promoting illegal behavior, like that) you should be
ok.
The clip art that comes with Office might have different restrictions.
