PP 2003 Hyperlinked Slides

Hi all,

Completely at a`loss! I have created a presentation with embedded hyperlink
within some of the slides. All works fine on one pc but when I open a
burned cd with the files on, on my xp laptop the presentation opens with the
correct number of slides but without the hyperlinked graphics! Can anyone
offer a solution?

Can you describe what you're seeing a bit further?

First, how exactly (as in "step by step") did you insert the graphics that have
gone missing?

Next, what do you see in place of the graphics? Nothing at all? A red-x where
the graphics should be? Something else ...?

Do you mean you hyperlinked the graphics and now the hyperlinks don't work
(when burned to a CD and run on a different computer)?

If that is the case, draw Action Buttons over the graphics, make them 99%
transparent then recreate the hyperlinks. The links will "stick" to the
action buttons. For some reason, they are known to disappear with other
graphics.
