Any of the wmv videos I try to insert have this problem now. I have inserted
many videos in the past without a problem. The problem may not be just with
the text having a shadow, but the text shows up more, as it is a contrastiing
color. It seems that there is a shadow image that is shifted down aboubt 10%
from the top if the first frame. I have tried to make sure no shadow effect
is selected In PPT.
I just tried to insert the original avi file--same problem. I use the wmv
files because they are smaller. So the problem is not with wmv. It is how
PPT is capturing the first frame.
Thanks...John
