I'm afraid I can't help you with the first question (other than suggesting
you make the slide thumbnails in the navigation pane on the left hand side
as small as possible - if I do that I can see 30 slides at once on my 17"
laptop monitor. Hovering over the thumbnails shows the slide titles).
However I can help you with the hyperlink colour question - design tab ->
colours drop down -> create new theme colours -> you can then select a
colour for hyperlinks and followed hyperlinks. As an aside, I never link to
the actual text, I link to the textbox which avoids the colour issue (and
the ugly underlining) but it depends on your project - you may need them to
be obvious hyperlinks...
