Hi,

I have a power point presentation that has many slides with embedded Excel
files which are pulling data directly from Hyperion - however, as many of the
slide are showing the same information, rather than having each slide linked
to Hyperion I would rather link the Embedded Excel file to another embedded
excel file within the same PPT document - ie link an excel file on slide 3 to
an excel file in slide 5 so everytime there is a chnage to one number I dont
have to update mulitple slides, I can just update 1 slide and know the
changes flow through onto all the other slides - is this possible?

Thanks

No, afraid not. You could link from PPT to one or more external XLS files
though. That'd do what you're after, but you'd have to make sure that the
linked file travels with the PPT.
