Custom Animation

I use Office 2003. When I try to animate (Custom Animation), I can
set it up but the animation doesn't work. That is - the Custom
Animation menu opens up, I can see that Group 1 should appear with the
first mouseclick, Group 2 with the second etc. but when I go into the
Slideshow, everything appears at once.

I did add the option that would allow me to open Office 2007 documents
a few weeks ago, could this cause any problem?

Hi Matt

A few questions for you: are you sure the animations are set to 'on mouse
click' and not 'with previous'? Are you checking in slide show view or by
hitting the 'play' button in the custom animation taskpane? Does it happen
with all animations or just some (e.g. appear, fade, wipe)? Does it happen
in all presentations or just one? What is the group made up of?

That should get us started :-)
