Would it be possible to do this?

The reason I want to do this is for a large public quiz. If the question is
on slide 1 and the answer on slide 2 and I accidently press the right arrow
twice I would give the answer away!

Needing two keys to be pressed would obviously reduce the risk. Thanks if
you can help :)

Disable the Advance slide on click (in slide transitions). Use action buttons
to advance the slide.

As Sandy said or maybe use a triggered animation to show the answer on the
same slide
