I'm running PowerPoint via Office 2003.

When running through a presentation it is easy to forget which slide comes
next.

It would be really useful if there was an option in the footer of the Slide
Master to allow users to add the next slide title automatically. By selecting
footer within Slide Master, there should be a drop down list allowing users
to select "Following Slide Title".

At the moment, I have to go into each slide, select the footer and type the
slide title in manually.

Would you be ok running a little macro manually to make this happen?
It wouldn't be all that difficult to automate, I don't think.

You'd need to put "pseudo-footer" text on each slide rather than using the actual footer.
