The stsadm.exe command tool is only for Site Templates no?
I'm also having a problem with creating list templates and having them
available to users throughout the site collection. If your a sites collection
admin you can see them, but that's no good for my regular users.
I've read that if you create a top level site, add the list templates, save
that site as a site template then sites created from that site template are
going to have the templated list items... (get that? hehe).
I've done this fine, but what about an exsisting site collection as it
sounds like the starter of this thread (and myself) have.. anyone?
