unable to see the

i have made a web part hidden by mistake and so need to make it visable again - to do this i need to access the web part properties dialog to select the include option...however when i try to do this the dialog that pops up is the old classic internet explorer error:

"the page can not be displayed"

i should point out that i am accessing the sharepoint server over a W.A.N. link = 512kbps - but it does not make sense that i can access all of sharepoint functionality over the W.A.N. but not this specific bit ie the web part properties page - PLEASE help

can anyone suggest anything and if they can not can anyone suggest soemwhere else to post this as over the past few months i have posted a bit here and hardly received any replies.....thanks

i would be most grateful to hear back from anyone about this...thanks

Can you explain a bit more about the steps that you are taking and at
exactly what point you are getting the error message?
