I have a website which is running using Sharepoint Portal Server 2003.
The problem is that it having integrated authentication enabled. Its
prompting for authentication serveral times when i am trying to access it.

Add the site to your browser's Trusted site list. That should solve the
prompting. If you still get the prompting, it would suggest that you are
trying to access something that your account doesn't have permission to
access.

As philip said, 1st add site to trusted list. Then check for ressource
access restrictions.

A common problem : you changed the sitelogo.gif but didn't grant the
right access on it, so everytime your default page try to access it
there's an authentification windows that pop.

This problem is also experienced sometimes when you have a proxy
intercepting NTLM authentication between the client and the server. We've
seen this occaisionally when the web proxy isn't set to exclude intercepting
requests to the SPS server.
