restrict client access to single site

We have a wss site off of portal that we would like to allow our
clients to access. We don't want them to be able to go anywhere else
though. We will get them there through a vpn and they would be
displayed a link that when they click on would take them directly to
the site.
After they get to that site we do not want them to be able to get
into
any other parts of the intranet/portal. Is there a way to do this
without affect our internal users who access it as well?

You'd add your clients to this site, but not the others.
