Q: relocating document libraries

What's the way to relocate a document library from one area to another?
What's the way to move a single document between document libraries and
folders?

Can someone tell me what the "best practice" is for moving=20
files within a Document Library? In another discussion=20
group, I've read that explorer view is not recommended=20
because it causes Approvals and Versioning not to function=20
properly when these features are turned on. I'd=20
appreciate any insight...THanks!
