I try to open PSD document.
I change docicon.xml like this " <Mapping Key="psd" Value="icpsd.gif"
EditText="Adobe Photoshop CE" OpenControl="SharePoint.OpenXMLDocuments"/>
" and I see proper icon image in sharepoint pages, but when I to try to edit
document, explorer prompt to open or save. how can I work with files other
than OFFICE documents.

You can only use "Edit In XXXX" functionality for the major Office products.
(and only then with office XP or 2003)

For all products (including major Office products) clicking the icon or the
file name gives only a Read-Only copy of the document.

For other products except major Office products you need to download the
file to your hard disk; open it there in the application; make changes; save
back to the hard disk and then upload back to the SPS site.
