We are using Project Web Access document feature (using Windows Sherepoint
Services i believe) to mange our documents. The project has ended and we
want to archive those documents. Is there an easy process to do that?

Set your site as a network place in Explorer and then just cut and paste
your documents to wherever your archive is.

Thank you, what you stated works perfectly, however let me refine my
question. How might I move folders, when I try this technique files move
well folders create a gif icon.
