Due to the encoding, I cannot read the problem clearly. Please help me
clarify what kind of document does the problem occur with.

At the same time, I suggest you try the following steps on the client side:

Step 1: Clean Internet Explorer History and Cache:
==================================
Open Internet Options on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and clean up
Internet Temporary files, objects and history.

Step 2:
=====
Reset all the settings in Internet Options in Internet Explorer. To do so,
open Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, click
Default or similar button on each tab.

Step 3: Disable third party plug-ins as follows:
==============================
1. Open IE and click Tools -> Internet Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, uncheck the Enable third party browser extensions
(requires restart).
3. Click Apply and OK. Reboot the computer.

Step 4: Re-register DLL files
===================
1. Disable Anti-virus software such as Norton Personal Firewall, Norton
antivirus and so on.
2. Click Start->Run.
3. Type "Regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotation marks) and press
Enter.
4. Wait until a box with message "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll
succeeded" pops up and click OK.
5. Repeat step 2~4 and type the following commands instead:
Regsvr32 browseui.dll
Regsvr32 msjava.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 mshtml.dll

Step 5: Ad-aware
============
Please download and install the following free application Ad-ware to
search for the infected registries and delete them.
http://download.com.com/3000-2094-10045910.html?legacy=cnet

After installation, run the program from the Start menu. Click "Scan now"
and "Next" to start scanning. When the scanning finishes, click "Next" to
delete infected registries.

If the problem persists, please try to reinstall Office XP and see if the
problem can be resolved.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Sarah Lu
